I used the #6 double crossover template to create a single crossover last night. I would say that it took longer than fabricating two regular turnouts and splicing them together but the results were worth it. I plan to use the double crossover Quick Sticks with slight modification to finish it out. Of course I still need to cut the frog isolation gaps too. This template is so versatile since you can make double crossovers, single crossovers, regular turnouts and 19 degree crossings.

Fantastic!

Very nice job on the crossover. I have not tried doing this in a crossover fixture, it appears to work quite well.

Thanks for taking the time to post the pictures, I would love to see more.
