I have not tried a Fast Tracks tool yet, but plan to soon. I was thinking the solder joint appearance could be improved by scoring the copper on both sides of rail, rather than the typical power isolating single cut up the middle. I have attached a solidworks image to show what I mean. Has anyone tried this? I really like the appearance of the track work, but up close the solder can be conspicuous, even in Tim's work! (And his work is awesome I might add).

I suppose in many places it is probably not helpful as the track is not inspected close up, but in a scene that is close to eye level, this technique might help. Any thoughts?

I will post photos when I try it for real....CAD has a way of making some things look better than reality! (or more doable than in reality!)
