My biggest problem I have with turnouts now is electrical pickup. My big question is how do the fast track turnouts compare to atlas or shinohara turnouts in regards to electrical pickup? thanks in advance, mike

A properly built FastTracks turnout will provide full electrical contact throughout. Note, you do have to arrange for powering the isolated frog with contacts controlled by the points movements.

I estimate I have about 5 pounds of coupler springs somewhere in the vicinity of my workbench.
