From what I can gather, the jigs are made from 6060 T5 aluminium alloy. My question is, how thick is the aluminium before you machine it? I'm just looking at making a couple of jigs to make dual gauge track for my dual gauge turntable. I hope you can appreciate this 4 rail track needs to be extremely accurate, or things won't line up. Despite the fact I will be using the track on a modified indexed turntable.

Thanks,

John

Hi,

The aluminum stock we use is 1/4" thick.
