I just got mt new 50/35 curved turnout fixture. I have been building #6's for a few months now. I love the products, BTW. I can't seem to find any special instructions for completing the curved turnouts. I assume I need to pre-bend all of the components prior to construction. Are there any other special considerations I need to know about. One question that comes to mind is in regards to the frog point rails. Should these be pre curved through there entire length, or is there a small tangent right at the point (like commercial turnouts)? Thanks

The instructions for building curved turnouts are the same as straight turnouts. As you noted, the only thing that is different is the need to pre-bend the rail so that it sits in the Assembly Fixture slots with no lateral stress on the rail. A Rail Roller makes it very easy to get a nice smooth radius, but with a bit of practice you can get a smooth bend by pulling the rail through your thumb and forefinger a few times while putting side pressure on the rail.

Other than that, just follow the users' guide instructions for straight turnouts.
