Just like to express my thanks to the guys at Fast Tracks.

I bought a jig around May this year, due to "Life" I didn't get a chance to give building a turnout a try until 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately I had an issue with the jig. A quick question to to Fast Tracks about this, I had a reply within 24 hours and a replacement arrived in Australia about 10 days later.

I'd like to say a big thanks to the promptness of the reply and having a replacement with such a quick delivery.

So after many mnay years of wanting to start building my own turnouts I completed my first one. It was so simple and quite easy to end up with a really smooth operating turnout.

Cheers
Rob

I have found the customer service at Fast Tracks to be outstanding.

They always reply with a good answer, even if its not one I like..... :(

Ron and Tim are great and have great products.

Hi Kurt,

Just so that you know, Ron is no longer involved with Fast Tracks on a day-to-day business basis. Tim formed Fast Tracks Hobbyworks Inc. a few years ago when he relocated the business to Port Dover, Ontario.

Good to know, but he is still listed as moderator on the discussion forums.

Still great product and service from all who are still working at Fast Tracks.
