After using the Pliobond Micro Dispensing Tube Tip I have found that it will clean up nicely if after removing it from the tube of glue you run some cold tap water into the base end of the tip. The cold water seems to coagulate the adhesive remaining in the tip, then you can run a round, wood toothpick up into the tip and twirl it around collecting up the "coagulated" adhesive. Some will remain at the very end of the tip. Then, run some more cold tap water into the tip and gently re-insert the toothpick all the way to the tip, not too hard or you might split the tip open, and once again twirl the toothpick around collecting up the remaining adhesive. If you can then blow through the tip opening you probably got all the adhesive out and you can use the tip over and over. This gets the tip cleaned up right away after use and you are sure about using it for the next gluing session.

I dont bother cleaning the tip, I keep it on the tube and keep a small pin in it.
Its always fresh and never clogs.
